HE LOVES YOU, BUT HE STILL WANTS TO BREAK YOU

He loves you, but He still wants to break you.

Your mistakes, they should take you closer to God and not farther away from Him. When you err, that is the right time to run back to God.

The blind religion has really done well to make us believe God hates us too much for our errors, and usually can't tolerate our foolishness. The self-righteous folks tell you how much you stink in sin and how well God glares back every time. So they tell you to run and be ashamed.

But here's the truth; making mistakes is a MAJOR aspect of our unending growth journey. You'll make mistakes. And You are free to be ashamed all you want. But please, don't run.

Most times, God wants to teach us things we do not know, things we really really need to know to become better. But we probably won't agree to learn these things, we won't calm down to see what He is showing us, until God leaves us to do our own thing, until He leaves us to do our stronghead and run into trouble, until we are taken away from comfort zones. So when we're done with our foolishness, we can totally depend on Him and see Him as the only one we have to bring us out from the mess of repercussions. Then, He'd draw us closer and start teaching us.

Listen, God builds His children through their errors.
He shakes them so well, so they can be stable in His arms.
He allows them to pass through fire so they'd be cooked stronger.
He breaks them, so He can make them into a better version of themselves, through the storms they walked past.
Yes, God loves you. But He still wants to break you.

When you make mistakes, that's when you need God the most. That's when He wants to pour out His love on you the most.
So I say again, Be ashamed. Be remorseful. But, Don't run.
